“I love working with athletes helping them to achieve optimal fitness with an emphasis on chiropractic Care. My intentions are to remove the nerve interference and help people learn the power that is within and live a healthy life style.”
Associate Doctor: Dr. Richard Omel
In 1984 Dr. Omel graduated from CanadianMemorialChiropracticCollege with honors. He attended undergraduate programs at both MichiganStateUniversity and New YorkUniversity where he studied biology and neurobiology.
Upon graduating Chiropractic College Dr. Omel remained in Southwestern Ontario (Canada) where he ran a family practice. Personal reasons led Dr. Omel to his native Michigan in 2004 where he joined the Plymouth Chiropractic Wellness Center (PCWC) Team. He uses an eclectic approach of diversified chiropractic techniques along with various connective tissue release techniques to help patients move towards and realize their optimal health potential. In addition to these beneficial techniques Dr. Omel integrates a human centered ergonomics protocol known as human movement management. Your body’s skeletal shape and muscle balance is a reflection of the many life experiences it has been through, i.e. occupational demands, traumatic episodes, and recreational activities. Human Movement Management helps people change their current poor postural-movement habits with efficient ones enhancing body awareness and the benefits of your chiropractic care and fitness interventions for a life time.
Let us guide you through your choice of care and move you towards optimal health and wellness.
